In Florida, the fee for a bail bond is normally 10% of the total bail amount with a minimum
charge on smaller bonds. Some federal bonds may have higher premiums. This fee is set by law and is not refundable because it is the cost of securing the bond.
Yes, for larger bond amounts and qualified co‐signers, we can offer payment plans. An agent will review your options with you during the first call so you know what to expect.
Once paperwork and payment are complete, we post the bond right away. Release times depend on the jail’s processing speed and how busy they are, but we work to move things as fast as possible and keep you updated.
In most cases, no. We can complete the entire process by phone, text, email, or fax. If you
prefer to meet in person, we can schedule a time at the office.
Collateral is something of value, such as a vehicle, property, or other assets, used to secure the bond.
Not every bond requires collateral; your agent will tell you if it is necessary based on the bond amount and risk.
Missing a court date can lead to a warrant and serious problems with the court.
